I can't be more blunt in telling you that you need to be very clear on where your going and what you want. You have to clear the chaos out of your life and out of your head and I know that's not easy. But in the first base chakra you must clear the deck and make room for change. Its not enough to wish and hope your way through change. You MUST get ready to fight through the chaos, embrace the good fight and DO the work! So again, I ask what do you want? What are you ready to fight for?
If you still don't know what that is then let's starts backwards: What is it that you don't want in your life? What's going on right now that is counterproductive to what you do want? Get in touch with those things so that you can start to brew the energy you need to move them out.
In chakra 1 we are going to start building your foundation. I will teach you how to clear the negative and begin to look at manifestation taking place. In chakra 1 we start to assess our ideas of security, fear, need and materialistic possession as self fullfillment.
