What is it that you want?

The first step to move forward is to ask yourself what is it that you want in your life? Are you happy or is there something nagging you that is missing. Are you stuck emotionally in a place that you just don't know what to do next but know that there has to be more.
Our gut instinct is our first real connection to energy. When our gut is sending us mixed feelings that the mind can't decipher there is usually a message there. Don't misunderstand this for mind enhanced stomach turning gut instinct. What I mean by this is sometimes we assess or presume circumstances in our minds. We create illusions and then our body begins to react to this and we self create gut instinct. This our challenge as human beings. To know when the mind owns you!
Getting back to gut instinct that taunts you without any understanding where or why you feel this way. Let's tap into that energy. That is what we want to work with. Right now in your life are you experiencing an unsettling ease that there is more out there for you? Maybe you aren't in so deep that your gut is speaking to you yet maybe you are at the stage where you are just wondering if there could be more. As humans we are set apart from other species by the power of our mind. However we suffer the most because of that power. Here you will learn that suffering is a choice. Everything you are experiencing in life right now is from your choices past and present. As you read on I will begin to unravel how to choose so that you can begin to rid suffering and use your practice to gain abundance.
